What is it and how does it work? 

During exercise skin heat and perspiration increases five fold.

The moisture created is trapped between the skin and the fabric, causing wetness, resulting in discomfort and fatigue to the athelete.

Moisture management fabrics transport moisture (sweat) away from the body to the outer layers of the fabric, where the moisture evaporates, leaving the garment dry, lightweight and comfortable to wear.
